REUNION NOTICE

Register before JULY 3, 2009, to take advantage of the SPECIAL EARLY REGISTRATION PRICES!

REUNION EVENTS DETAILS:
1) Friday, September 18th, 2009:
- Mt. Tabor vs. North Forsyth Football Game
7pm, North Forsyth High School; 5705 Shattalon Dr, W-S, NC 27105

- Post Game Happy Hour at Fox & Hound Pub & Grille; 367 Lower Mall Dr, W-S, NC, 27103; Immediately Following the Football Game

2) Saturday, September 19th, 2009
- Golf Tournament, Tanglewood Park, 8am
(Course # and Cost TBA depending on interest)

- Tour of Mt. Tabor High School, Self-Guided Tours Begins at 11am (light refreshments)

- Party Like It's 1999 Semi-Formal at Millennium Center; 101 W 5th St, W-S, NC 27101; 8pm (includes dinner, music, momentums and reunion memory book)

REGISTRATION INFORMATION:
1) Whether or not you attend the reunion on September 18-19, 2009, PLEASE take a few moments to complete the registration form by August 31, 2009.

2) There are a limited number of walk-up registrations available on the day of event. Cash is the only form of payment accepted; however we strongly recommend that you pre-register.

3) You may also just purchase the Reunion Memory Book if you can not attend any of the reunion activities.

TICKET PRICE INCLUDES: Catering, Venue, Alumni Search, Mailings, Decorations, DJ, Photo Name Tags, Reunion Memory Book.

- $35.00 single $60.00 couple; (Early bird by 7/3)
- $45.00 per person; (Regular price 7/4 -8/31)
- $55.00 per person after 8/31 must pay at the door

TICKETS: After you register, you will receive an email confirmation. This confirmation and/or a Photo Id will serve as your admittance ticket to the reunion events.

PAYMENT: Please Note: Your registration is not complete without proper payment! Payment can be made by purchasing tickets via check or online credit card via Paypal. Checks should be mailed to Mt. Tabor High School Class 1999 Reunion, PO Box 36614, Charlotte, NC, 28236. An email money request/invoice will be sent to your email in order to pay online via PayPal.

REFUND POLICY: Refund Requests must be emailed to *****@gmail.com by 30 days in advance of the reunion. A $10.00 cancellation fee applies to each individual registration.

REUNION MEMORY BOOK: At the reunion a complementary reunion memory book will be given to each pre-paid classmate.
